In 2001, The United States Red Cross developed a site to help the children of Afghanistan. They worked with a small web firm that created the site pro bono, but ran a contest for the visual design.
This design was the winner, using the concept of the fabric of society, woven together by the common needs of children, and how every individual can help. |
